Due to the instant access and downloadable format of our digital products, **we do not offer refunds or exchanges** on any ebook or digital item. All sales are final.

🍯 Physical Remedies (Black Seed Oil, Honey, etc.)
We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened products for health and safety reasons. However, if your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at fit4jannah123@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
